Requirements

All applicants must:

be 19 years or older,
be able to supply two valid governments issued IDs
be able to pass credit and background checks
be able to verify employment and
be apple to verify any rental history

Income

You are required to:

Make three (3) times the rent each month.
Have steady income for at least 90 days with no gaps of employment.

Employment and Rental History

We perform rental verifications with all previous properties and/or apartments.

Credit and Background

Hubbard Properties uses third party screening for both credit and background.
