How do I apply for an apartment?
Print the rental application from this website, and go to the rental office of the community you are interested in with a government-issued photo ID. You will also need a money order or credit card to make payment for the property's application fee for each person over 19 who will be living in the apartment.

How does Hubbard Properties process my application?
Hubbard Properties performs a credit check, a criminal record check, and verifies your previous rental history.

How long does the lease last?
Leases generally run 12 months, but at select communities shorter leases are available for an additional fee.

Are Utilities Included?
You are responsible for the power, gas (if applicable), cable, internet, and telephone. Hubbard Properties furnishes garbage removal and pest control. Depending on the community, water and sewer may be furnished by Hubbard Properties.

How do I get the utilities turned on?
The telephone numbers for all major utilities are included on the listing for your new apartment community on this website.
